There are several factors that influence how long it takes to move. The weather, size of your home, how long it takes to load and unload, and the distance you are moving all play a role in how long the move takes.
Sometimes, for various reasons, moving dates need to be adjusted. If you need to change the date you move, contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss alternative dates.
Yes! When we move you, we’ll move all your stuff including large items like mattresses and appliances.
That is up to you. If you want to pack your boxes, or have us pack them all, that is your choice. We can do as little or as much box packing as you want.
If for some reason your new location isn’t quite ready for you, we can provide storage options if needed.
People move all year round. As you know, Chicago can become very cold during the winter months. We will move you any time of year.

When you book our movers is entirely up to you. Some people like to book six or more months in advance. We recommend that you schedule at least two weeks before you plan to move.
The cost of your move will be determined by many different factors. How far are you moving? How many boxes, appliances, and other furnishings will be moved? And what other services you choose to add or request.
Yes. We take every precaution to ensure doorways and floors are safe. We use door jamb protectors and floor runners for extra safety measures.
We need you or a representative to be present during the move. Sometimes, questions come up and the movers will need someone present who can provide an answer.

No, we currently only offer moving services within the United States.
Unfortunately, we do not offer pet transportation services. We recommend contacting a specialized pet moving company for this service.
